Commercial & Multifamily Roof Coatings
Low-slope roof restoration for property managers, apartment owners, retail, warehouses and institutions in the Capital Region.
Why owners choose coatings
A roof coating is often treated as maintenance rather than a full replacement, which can matter for budgeting. There is no tear-off, so tenants stay in place and work proceeds without dumpsters in the lot. The white surface also cuts summer heat gain on top-floor units.

Questions
Do you provide COIs?
Yes — general liability, umbrella and workers’ compensation.
How much cheaper is coating than a new roof?
Coating usually costs a fraction of a tear-off and replacement because the old roof stays in place and there is no disposal. The exact saving depends on how much repair the existing roof needs — we price it after we see the roof.
When can you install it?
Coatings need dry weather and suitable temperatures. In the Capital Region the main season is late spring through mid-fall. Leak repairs can be done much of the year.
